Our team consists of 7 IT professionals, most of them post graduates with prior line experience. Additionally two HR domain experts with decades of industry experience, consult the team. We would be glad to provide additional details about their background.

Karyavya Chitalia
Chief Technology Officer

Kartavya is an engineering graduate with over 10 years of software development experience. For past seven years he was working in US, as director of product development & QA at Xperius Inc (earlier Personic Inc.) Xperius Inc is the premier global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. They recently released XpTEN, the first Web services enterprise software solution on the XML standard and the Microsoft. Net architecture.

He has successfully handled many complex, multi-million dollar software development and implemented recruitment solutions for various Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies. He has played both technical and management leadership roles and won several performance achievement awards including the CDI CEO Award, 2000 and CDI Strategic Partnership Award, 1999. Last of cliental managed by him include Microsoft, UBS, CDI Corporation, Accenture (Previously Andersen Consulting), Michael Page International, Nortel Networks, The Walt Disney Co, WorldCom, Air New Zealand etc.

Abhinandan Khatawane
Dy. Project Manager

Abhinandan, a graduate in a Computer Science, has over 7 years experience in IT industry and is with 3P from January 2000. His core competencies are Oracle Database Administration, Database and System Design. He has vast experience of software design and development. He has designed and implemented the in-house projects, which include the various recruitment related software’s. He has worked with Aptech ltd. As the database Administrator for 2 years.

Inderjeet Sethi
Domain Consultant

Mr. I R. Sethi is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Systems & Design. He has 35 years of Experience out of 20 years in HR.

Prior to joining 3P Consultants in September 2001 as General Manager-HR, he was with Larsen and Toubro Limited, Mumbai as Assistant General Manager – Personnel.

ResuMine being launched in August 2003, is the result of 13 years domain knowledge of 3P Consultants. This is a powerful tool that helps in extracting key information from resumes and analyses candidate’s competence. This webservice will assist the recruiters to speed up the recruitment process.

ResuMine is Artificial Intelligence based software, which would assist the recruiters in the tedious processes of recruitment, by reducing time and cost.

·     Extracts key information from resumes automatically and stores into a structured database.

·     Plots the competence profile of candidates, using knowledge bases.

·     Facilitates quick reading of incoming/existing resumes by highlighting important keywords found in the resume.

·     Helps in interviewing the candidate by displaying highlight of what is mentioned in resume compared to an ideal profile.

3P has nurtured a highly talented and motivated software development team last year. Initially focused on developing solutions for 3P’s internal needs, it has now created cutting edge recruitment solutions useful for corporate & staffing recruitment.

The team consists of several senior application developers, DBAs, recruitment domain experts and QA Engineers. Headed by Kartavya Chitalia, CTO who has several years experience of providing recruitment solutions to the Global 500 like Microsoft, Disney, Wal-Mart, Wells Fargo Bank etc. More details could be found on last page.

ResuMine and ResuSearch are just the beginning of a series of HR software services planned in the coming years by the Technology Division. These solutions are based on Microsoft’s latest. Net technology thriving on the Web Services architecture.
