Ø  You must have passed a Diploma (after 10^th standard) or a Degree ( after 12^th standard )

Ø  You qualify as a “ Fresh Graduate “ even if you have passed higher Diplomas / Degrees, as long as your total experience is less than 2 years.

Ø  As far as recruiting Employers are concerned , the Institute/college/University, from where you graduated and the % marks obtained in Final Year Exam, are very important.

Ø  For most jobs, knowledge of English and Computer skills, are also important.

Ø  Nearly, ALL employers like to conduct  a VIDEO INTERVIEW. So many sure to login from a PC/ Tablet / Smart Phone, with built in video camera and SKYPE installed.

·        Final years % marks entered in Edu – Details.

·        Final Year Marks Sheet ( Image file) uploaded to ensure, candidate is telling the truth !

·        Their decision ( whether to call a candidate for interview or not ) will be based on this.

Ø  OnlineJobsFair is all about VIDEO INTERVIEWING so, once again, comparing / tallying candidates photo / video with the face appearing thru SKYPE , is essential, to eliminate risk of “ Proxy”

Ø  “References” must be part of resume which employer gets to see when he clicks PEN on any page.

When a employer clicks on Email ID of any professor, outlook should open, allowing recruiter to send email to that professor, inquiring about this candidate ( refrence check).

Ideal thing would be to get the email message box, pre-filled with some STANDARD REFRENCE CHECK form ( editable ).
